We would like to offer you fiscal insurance for company managers, accountants and other employees.

What does fiscal insurance cover?

organisation and refunding of costs borne due to fiscal allegations, including:
costs of hiring a lawyer in penal fiscal proceedings (a lawyer of choice or recommended)
costs of conducting court proceedings in penal fiscal law, costs of experts and expertise
refunding – up to the limit indicated – the fees, fines and other financial penalties imposed upon the Insured within the framework of fiscal proceedings (including voluntary submission to penalty).
covering claims of employer against employee related to accounting/HR activities (in accordance with the principles set forth in the Labour Code). Claims against accountants employed by company on the basis of a different civil law contract (self-employment, mandate contract etc.) are covered to the same amount.
the following additional options are available: financing the costs of handling max. 2 criminal procedures for criminal offences under the Code of Criminal Procedure, committed during business management (defence costs)
